Perlifoc HP is a fireproof mortar, a dry mix based on gypsum and perlite with additives. Fire resistance class of protected steel structures up to R180. The application takes place with the use of plastering units designed for continuous operation and with a flow chamber for mixing the mortar with water. Perlite content in the mix significantly reduces the consumption of mixing and pressing screws. Perlifoc HP fireproof mortar can be applied on steel surfaces primed with epoxy paint. Perlifoc HP fireproof mortar can be painted with decorative topcoats. Only used inside buildings.

Perlifoc HP fireproof mortar is intended for passive fire protection of steel load-bearing elements and composite flat load-bearing elements made of concrete and profiled steel. It can be used for both H-I sections and closed sections.
The product is intended for professional use.

Perlifoc HP fireproof mortar is easy to apply. The fire-resistant mortar is applied using plastering units equipped with a flow chamber in which the mortar is mixed with water. The application of the fire-resistant mortar is quick and precise, and the applied coating is tight and adheres perfectly to the surface. The thickness of the coating depends on the massiveness and time of protection.
Before applying a protective layer, the surface should be dry, degreased and free from dust. The steel substrate should be previously protected with an anti-corrosion coating. The surface should also provide good grip. If not, the use of a load-bearing wire mesh is recommended.
