Examples of technical application of the product:

Technical description:
PIROFOAM 240 G is a one-component, semi-rigid polyurethane spray foam. It is supplied in a liquid state in a spray with a capacity of 750 ml in a version with a tip adapted to a dispensing gun. The foam hardens by absorbing moisture from the air.
Additional information:
PIROFOAM 240 is intended for fire protection of:
• Horizontal expansion joints in building partitions constituting fire partitions with a possible shift of up to ± 7.5%
• Vertical expansion joints in building partitions constituting fire partitions with a possible shift of up to ± 7.5%
Work with the foam should be carried out at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C. The product should not be exposed to direct external weather conditions. The foam is not resistant to UV radiation, it should be protected against its effects by covering it with a suitable material intended for use on building walls, e.g. polystyrene. cement mortar, fire-retardant sealing silicone PIROSILICON 240 or topcoat. The time needed for full hardening of the foam and evaporation of volatile combustible components in order to achieve full fire resistance is 14 days.
