Technical description:

Fire rated expanding Piro Foam PF 240 is a one-component, dense polyurethane fireproof foam in a spray. It is supplied in a liquid state in a 750 ml spray in a version with a flexible application straw or with a tip adapted to a dispensing gun. Fireproof foam hardens by absorbing moisture from the air.

Additional information:

Works with the use of fire rated expanding are carried out at a temperature of + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C. The product should not be exposed to direct influence of external weather conditions. The foam is not resistant to UV radiation, it should be protected against its effects by covering it with a suitable material intended for use on building facades, e.g. cement mortar, gypsum mortar, fire-resistant acrylic mass, Flame Cabel Paste A fireproof paste or topcoat. The time required to achieve full curing of the foam depends on the available moisture, and the evaporation of volatile flammable components in order to obtain full fire resistance is 14 days.
