3 - continuous insulation made of flexible elastomeric foam (FEF), thickness  "G",

nominal 45 ÷ 70 kg / m3 and fire reaction class BL- s2, d0 according to EN
     13501-1

4 - CarboCollar CC fireproof collar on the outside of the wall, mounted on
     both  sides of the wall
5 - fixing the fire-resistant collar - expansion anchor bolts M6x60 or  M8x80

Fill the space between the pipe insulation and the aperture tightly. Use mineral wool with a density of min. 60 kg / m3

Place the fireproof collar on the pipe insulation. In case of collars with a diameter of CC-125 and larger with a segmented cover S, first wrap the pipe four times with an intumescent insert and then put the steel cover on it

Pull the locking pin of the clamping buckle through the fixing slot on the other end of the fireproof collar and fold it 180 ° backwards so that the collar is firmly closed on the pipe insulation

Attach the fireproof collar to the wall using expansion anchor bolts

Mark the completed penetration seal with the label attached to the set. Mark CarboCollar fireproof collar on the label, enter the date and the name
