1 - rigid floor (made of concrete or reinforced concrete) with a thickness of min.
B = 150 mm
2 - metal pipe, diameter "D" and pipe wall thickness "t"
3 - mineral wool, density 50 kg / m3, thickness 30 mm
(continuous insulation)
4 - the space between the floor and the pipe is filled with cement mortar,
max. 25 mm
5 - fireproof paste Flame Cabel A Paste on both sides of the partition, length
f = 50 mm and thickness g1 = 0.6 mm
6 - Flame Cabel A Paste on both sides of the partition, width
e = 50 mm and thickness g2 = 0.6 mm

Fill the space between the pipe insulation and the partition tightly. Use mineral wool with a density of min. 60 kg / m3
Using a spatula, apply Flame Cabel A Paste on the partition in such a way that a ring with a width of min. 50 mm and a thickness of min. 0.6 mm is created
Apply Flame Cabel A Paste on the pipe cover to form a ring with a width of min. 50 mm and a thickness of min. 0.6 mm
Sealing should be made on both sides of the floor
Mark the penetration seal with the attached label, mark Flame Cabel A Pasta on it, enter the date and name
