1 - flexible or rigid wall, thickness B = min. 100 mm
2 - plastic pipe, diameter "D" and pipe wall thickness "t"
3 - Multitube fireproof intumescent tape (inside), dimensions [hxs], placed
   centrally inside the wall
4 - electrically clamped band or adhesive tape
5 - the gap between the pipe and the partition with a maximum width of a = 30
mm, filled with mineral wool with a density of min. 60 kg / m3
6 - gypsum mortar with a thickness of g1 = 5 mm

1 - reinforced concrete ceiling with a thickness of B = min. 150 mm
2 - plastic pipe, diameter "D" and pipe wall thickness "t"
3 - mineral wool with a density of min. 50 kg / m3 (continuous insulation)
4 - Flame Cabel A Paste on both sides of the floor; length a1 = min.
   50 mm, thickness g1 = min. 0.6 mm, width a2 = min. 50 mm,
   thickness g2 = min. 0.6 mm
5 - Multitube fireproof intumescent tape [hxs] mm, placed inside the floor, at
the distance of 15 ± 5 mm from the underside of the floor
6 - the space between the floor and the penetration, filled
   cement mortar, approx. 25 mm

If necessary, it is possible to continue the mineral wool insulation along the entire length of the pipe:

1 - mineral wool with a density of min. 50 kg / m3 (continuous insulation)
2 - Flame Cabel A Paste on both sides of the wall; length a1 = min. 50 mm,
   thickness g1 = min. 0.6 mm width a2 = min. 50 mm, thickness g2 = min. 0.6 mm

* Detailed information can be found at ETA

Read the length of the Multitube fireproof tape for a given pipe diameter from the table below, measure it and cut it with a knife
Remove the insulation from the pipe, wrap the cut piece of the tape around the pipe, under the mineral wool insulation. Strictly stick to the number of wraps given in table below
Secure the tape with a electrically clamped band or adhesive tape and slide it inside the partition. Location of the tape inside the opening - central position along the wall axis or 15 ± 5 mm from the bottom
Put mineral wool insulation on the pipe so that it covers the tape. Fill the space between the pipe and the partition with cement mortar or mineral wool with a min. density of 60 kg / m3
Using a spatula, apply Flame Cabel A Paste on the partition and on the pipe insulation so that a ring with a width of min. 50 mm and a thickness of min. 0.6 mm is created
Mark the completed penetration seal with the attached label, mark on Multitube fireproof intumescent tape and Flame Cabel A Paste fireproof paste. Enter the date and name
