1 - reinforced concrete floor with a thickness of B = min. 150 mm
2 - plastic pipe, diameter "D" and pipe wall thickness "t"
3 - insulation made of an acoustic mat made of PE with a thickness of g, length na
  top a1 = 30 mm and bottom a2 = 30 mm
4 - Multitube fireproof intumescent tape [hxs] mm, placed inside the floor, at a distance of 15 ± 5 mm from the bottom of the floor
5 - electrically clamped band or adhesive tape
6 - the space between the floor and the partition, filled
  cement mortar, approx. 25 mm

INSTALLATION OF MULTITUBE FIREPROOF INTUMESCENT TAPE ON A SEWAGE PIPE WITH PE ACOUSTIC FOAM INSULATION PENETRATING FLOOR

Read the length of the Multitube fireproof tape for a given pipe diameter from the table below, measure it and cut it with
a knife

Wrap the cut piece of fireproof tape around the pipe insulation. Strictly stick to the number of wraps given in table below
Secure the tape with a electrically clamped band or adhesive tape and slide it inside the partition. Location of tape inside the aperture - 15 ± 5 mm from the bottom of the floor
Fill the space between the pipe and the partition with cement mortar
Mark the completed penetration seal with the attached label, mark the Multitube fireproof tape on it, enter the date and
name
