ZZ 530 Joint Seal is a fireproof sealing that intumesces in fire conditions, sealing joints of rigid walls and floor, with a fire resistance class of up to EI 120. Fire-resistant ZZ 530 Joint Seal is sold in 1000 mm sections. It is widely used in fireproof sealing of both horizontal and vertical expansion joints in walls and floors. ZZ 530 Joint Seals are easy to install thanks to their flexible structure. The expansion joint sealed with their use has the ability to reduce and increase its width to a large extent.

ZZ 530 Joint Seal is pressed into the expansion joints on one or both sides with the recommended dimensional excess. Thanks to its flexible structure, it can compensate for displacements that extend up to 25%. Bonding to structural features is not required. ZZ 530 Joint Seal is intended for use inside buildings where the temperature is higher than 0° C.
