ZZ 230 Blocks are especially recommended for sealing medium and large penetrations with medium or high density of penetrating elements. Sealing size up to 0.6 m2. They are often used wherever there is a need for frequent disassembly of installations or adding more pipes or cables to pass through. ZZ 230 Block is a soft, flexible foam cast used to fill free spaces of penetration in installations in accordance with ETA-10/0431.

ZZ 230 Block is used for sealing mixed penetrations, including:

•   electric cables up to ø 24 mm
•   cables (electric, telecommunication, optical fibers) in sheaths up to ø 8O mm
•   cable bundles up to ø 100 mm
•  plastic pipes up to ø 40 mm or bundles up to ø 80 mm with or without cables penetrating rigid walls, lightweight walls and floors, sealed in a fire resistance class up to El 120. Especially recommended for sealing medium and large penetrations with medium or high density of penetrating elements. Sealing size up to 0.6 m2. Recommended especially for banks, hospitals, server rooms, etc. and wherever there is a need for frequent disassembly.
