1 - rigid floor with a thickness of B = min. 150 mm
2 - plastic pipe, diameter "D" and wall thickness "t"
3 - CarboCollar CC fireproof collar, mounted at the bottom of the floor
4 - fixing the fireproof collar - expansion anchor bolts M6x60 or M8x80
5 - the space between the pipe and the wall structure, filled with mortar  cement,
   with a thickness of u = max. 10 mm

METHOD OF SEALING A PLASTIC PIPE WITHOUT INSULATION PENETRATING FLOOR ACCORDING TO ETA-16/0189*

Fill the space between the pipe wall and the aperture tightly. Use cement mortar

Place fireproof collar on the pipe. In case of collars with a diameter of CC-125 and larger with a segmented cover S, first wrap the pipe four times with an intumescent insert and then put the steel cover on top

Pull the locking pin of the clamping buckle through the fixing slot on the other end of the collar and fold it 180 ° backwards so that the collar is firmly closed on the pipe

Attach the fireproof collar to the floor using expansion anchor bolts

Mark the completed penetration seal with the label attached to the set. Mark CarboCollar fireproof collar on the label, enter the date and the name
