Cement mortar is a material made of C22 mixture, intended for filling and sealing fireproof service penetrations in accordance with the ETA descriptions constituting the Carboline Polska fire protection system. The mortar can be used for local leveling of surfaces, filling gaps and defects in the surface of walls or floors, filling holes in service penetrations or leveling the surfaces of linear joints. Apply the mortar in layers with a thickness of 3 - 80 mm.

The substrate should be stable, load-bearing and clean, i.e. free from any contamination that could impair the adhesion of the mortar. The mortar is prepared by pouring the entire content or a measured part from a bucket into a container with a measured amount of water and mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained, without lumps. When mixing the entire content, pour 2.2 liters of water into a bucket, dispensing in batches, if you need to thin the mortar, add water carefully, stirring constantly with a mixer until the required consistency is obtained. This operation is best done with a mixer or a drill with a mortar mixer. The mortar is ready to use after 5 minutes or after remixing. The prepared mortar should be used up within approx. 4 hours. On average, 2 kg of the mass is used per 1 m² for a thickness of 1.0 mm.

Clean surfaces, they must be dry and dust-free and installed in accordance with local building and electrical standards
Add to the water in the ratio kg of mortar / kg (liter) of water 10: 2.2. Stiffness is achieved for a proportion of 1 kg of dry mortar: 0.2-0.22 liter of water
Mix by adding water. Large amounts can be prepared using  mixers. Do not use any other binders or additives
Place mortar in aperture. Floors must be done underneath. Use a trowel or pump. All gaps must be filled
Smooth the surface like standard concrete. If required, apply eg fireproof paste Flame Cabel A Paste
