FIREPROOF COLLARS
CarboCollar CC fireproof collar is a product intended for fireproof sealing of service penetrations and mixed penetrations in walls and floors of plastic pipes without or with FEF or PE foam insulation, metal pipes insulated with FEF or PE foam, electric cables. The possible fire resistance class ranges from EI 30 to EI 180. With the use of CarboCollar CC fire collars, it is possible to seal single pipes or pipe bundles, pipes in groups of e.g. 4 pieces, cable bundles, pipe bends that are mounted just below the floor. The necessary information can be found in the ETA. Good fireproof properties make CarboCollar CC fireproof collars applicable for sealing pipes with particularly large diameters and where large thicknesses of flammable insulation on steel pipes are required.

INTUMESCENT WRAPS
Intumescent tapes and wraps are made on the basis of graphite. They are used to seal service penetrations. Tapes and wraps seal plastic pipes (with or without insulation), cable bundles and insulated metal pipes (single or bundled) penetrating through walls and floors. Intumescent tape should be wrapped around the pipe or cable bundle. If necessary, the tape should be cut to the required length (equal to or greater than the external diameter of the pipe). The tape should be placed in the opening, inside the partition or outside the partition, on both sides of it.

FIREPROOF MASSES AND PASTES
Flame Cabel Coating is a white intumescent coating. Flame Cabel I Paste is a gray intumescent mass. Flame Cabel A Paste is an acrylic ablative mass. These products are used for fireproof sealing of single or mixed service penetrations of plastic pipes or metal pipes and cables through walls and floors. Flame Cabel Coating, Flame Cabel I Paste and Flame Cabel A Paste are intended to restore the fire resistance of flexible, rigid or rigid floors with penetrations of plastic or metal pipes (with or without insulation) and cables running through them. Flame Cabel A Paste Painted Board is used for mixed penetrations of certain types of plastic, metal pipes as well as cables through walls and floors. Cement mortar is an auxiliary material made of C22 mixture, intended for filling and sealing fireproof service penetrations in accordance with the ETA descriptions constituting the Carboline Polska fire protection system.

INTUMESCENT COATINGS
A system of fire-resistant products, which is intended for the implementation of fire protection of load-bearing structures and other complex and demanding objects. After application, they form an intumescent fire-retardant layer which, after hardening, creates a smooth, elastic coating, resistant to vibrations and deformations. They are intended for three-sided or four-sided fire protection of steel and galvanized steel structure elements with open and closed profiles inside and outside the building to obtain fire resistance classes R15, R20, R30 R60, R90, R120.

FOAM AND GLUE
Piro Foam PF240 is a fire rated expanding polyurethane foam, which is ideal for filling large, irregular and difficult-to-fill gaps in walls and floors. The foam can be used to fill gaps and expansion joints up to EI 240 as well as doors and windows made of wood, metal or PVC class EI 60. Fire rated expanding foam increases its volume, filling a gap completely. Fire rated expanding foam binds to many types of substrate, such as concrete, cellular concrete, brick, ceramic brick, mineral mortar, plasterboard. MSFG-100 fireproof glue is ideal for permanent bonding of mineral wool, polystyrene, phenolic foam boards, PE, floor coverings, metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, wood or processed wood boards and derivatives.

VENTILATION GRILLES
The grilles constitute fire protection in ventilation systems and passages: gravity and mechanical and in ventilation systems through doors and walls, where it is required to achieve appropriate fire resistance of the partition. In addition, they are used in smoke and odor removal systems that may be exposed to fire and in electrical cable duct protection systems, for ventilation and removal of heat generated in ducts from a bundle of cables and to protect cables in ducts in the event of an external fire.
